Can I change my order, add or remove an item from my order after I checkout?
We will gladly help you change your order only if it has not been shipped. It is impossible to modifiy any order that has left our warehouse. Just contact us and our team will let you know.
Processing the order
Once the transaction is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the address registered to your account. Your order will be processed between Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm (EST). Within the next business day you will receive an email with your order status. Please take note you will need to enter a “billing address” and a “delivery address” (both may be the same) when placing your order. Please ensure your delivery address is the one you want your products shipped to.
All shipping prices are determined based on the contents of your cart and will be determined during the checkout process. They will be no extra shipping fees other than the one in you cart.
Please note that PO Boxes is accepted as valid address.
TireDirect.ca reserves the right to modify the shipping fees for remote areas in Canada. In this event, we will contact the client and inform him of the situation. The client will then choose to accept the additional shipping fees, or receive a full reimbursement of the purchase.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number so that you may follow the delivery process. If, for any reason, the delivery process is delayed, you will receive an email or a phone call explaining the delay and the estimated shipping time. Please note that for no reason will a delivery delay result in a rebate or an order cancellation.
Tires are shipped to the selected “delivery address” between 8am to 5pm local time from Monday to Friday. A signature is required by the transporter to complete the delivery.
If no one is present during delivery, it is possible to request a drop off at a desired location. To do so, you need to specify a drop location upon completing the order, in the order notes. If the tires are dropped instead of delivered to an individual, you are responsible for goods delivered by the transporter. If no one is present for the delivery and you did not request a drop off, the transporter will leave a note explaining he will come back the next business day from 8am to 5pm local time.
In the event that the transporter attempt 2 unsuccessful deliveries, the order will be shipped back to our distribution center; 15% restocking fees + shipping and handling fees may then be added to your order.
