Expedition and delivery
All orders are safely prepared and packaged to guarantee trouble-free shipment and are then shipped by couriers. Accessories, if any, will be properly wrapped with one of the wheels, therefore you should inspect the packaging for accessories before throwing them away and acknowledge their receipt.
Reception of your order
Upon arrival, customer is responsible for checking the merchandise. If an item is defective, lacking or incorrect, please notify TireDirect within 24 to 72 hours of reception, before any installation. TireDirect will not approve a claim outside of 30 days from the purchase date. The customer is required to make sure the received equipment is in proper and working order.
Does TireDirect offer free shipping? If not, what will the charges be?
Free shipping? Yes and no…! Let’s explain. As tires are big and heavy, it is very expensive to ship. For a company like us, it is hard to offer free shipping (though we would looove to). But…… We do offer rebate on shipping! Depending on the tires you buy and your location, your shipping may be free! Good to know! Rebates are indicated in the product’s page.
We ship all across Canada. The shipping fees may vary according to the total weight of your order and your location. Shipping fees are estimated in your cart, once you’ve provided your postal code.
